Terms and Definitions

Cords

An energetic container, shaped like a cord, that acts as a tie or bond between two energies. Cords can develop between a person and: another person, his/her lineage, an entity or demon, a parallel life, or a group or organization. They can be attached to any part of the energetic, emotional, mental or spiritual anatomy. Points of attachment are dictated by whatever created the cord.

There are different types of cords: relationship cords, parallel life cords, lineage cords, cords used for control, etc. Cords can be healthy or unhealthy depending on the relationship.

Relationship Cord: These cords are normal. They are an aspect of being in relationship on this planet and are usually located in the 4th chakra. Cords develop between family members, close friends, lovers and other associates.

Parallel Life Cord: Cords that are connected to other incarnations where a soul is experiencing issues similar to current life situations.

Lineage Cord: A cord connecting family members to an unresolved issue in the lineage.

Cords Used For Control: Cords that are created and used by people or invasive energies to exert power over another person.

Core Issues

When souls incarnate as human beings they experience separation from a state of unity, from being directly part of Source or God. This separation, combined with misunderstanding the duality of human experience, creates core issues. The six core issues are: unworthiness, feeling unlovable, isolation, abandonment, betrayal and identity. All human beings experience all six issues to varying degrees.

Core Star

The core star is a part of the spiritual anatomy that resides in the solar plexus. It is who a person is in spirit and is as individual as a snowflake.

Curse

Curses are frequently referred to as "magic." In truth they are instances of one being energetically exerting power over another. A curse, also known as a hex, is directed at a specific target with the intent to cause harm or restriction in some way. Curses can be purely energetic or anchored by a physical object such as a stone, wax figure or document. The target of a curse can be a person, family lineage, group, etc.

The effects of a curse can range from physical discomfort, illness, and mental or emotional discomfort to having unwanted energy follow or "haunt" a person. Some curses have an immediate effect. Others remain dormant for long periods of time or until activated by an action or event. Curses can be broken and removed.

"Darker" Energy

A catch-all, and dualistic term referring to energy associated with the shadow side of a person or human consciousness. Darker energy as part of human consciousness consists of entities, thought form entities, demons, hybrids, etc. who are not in physical form.

Dreamscape

A nonphysical container that holds the process of dreaming. This is a collective container that can be thought of as the landscape where dreaming takes place. When people sleep they leave their bodies and use their personal dreamscape to process, communicate with guides, etc.

Energetic Debris

Energies that have accumulated in a person's energetic, physical, emotional, and mental bodies. This may include energy from parallel lives, emotions or images from other people, and various forms of implants.

Energy Field or Auric Field

Energy field that surrounds the physical body and is comprised of layers that correspond to the first seven chakras.

Field Reading

All beings are multidimensional; comprised of physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. A field reading is an investigative approach to understanding what a client is experiencing on all these levels.

Physical Body: An energetic examination of the physical body; all of its systems, organs and cellular activity

Energetic Body: An examination of the auric field and the first through seventh level templates

Emotional Body: A closer examination of the second and fourth levels of the auric field and trapped or stuck emotions in the physical body

Mental Body: An energetic examination of the belief systems, images and associated mental patterns

Spiritual Body: An examination of the core star, hara, chakra system and templates for off-the-body chakras

Fixed Energy

When fluid energy stagnates it becomes fixed. This form of energy manifests as blockages in the bodies. Belief systems, images and emotions can all become fixed and stuck in the body. This in turn can create dis-ease.

Fluid Energy

In its natural state, energy is always in motion or fluid. When energy is flowing, it is constantly changing, allowing for transition in the moment. Emotions are also forms of energy and meant to move.

Hara

An important part of personal power, the hara line is a column of light that passes through the center of the body. It extends beyond the body, connecting to the Earth and to Source. The hara is a place of beingness; of no judgment and focused intention.

Human Consciousness

Very similar to what Carl Jung identified as the "collective unconscious". The consciousness of every person who has ever incarnated on Earth is a part of the larger human consciousness. Human consciousness holds humanity's collective belief systems and emotional experiences. It is an overlay that contains all of human history. Each individual contributes to and is equally influenced by human consciousness.

Missing Pieces

Energetic pieces of physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies can be lost through wounding or trauma. They also can be taken when a person experiences invasion or chooses to give up personal power. Energetic pieces can be missing from a person's chakras, hara, templates or soul, even organs. This can only occur if a person has enough energetic openings to allow it. A person can also incarnate with pieces missing from other parallel lives.

Parallel Lives

A parallel life is another incarnation of the soul, occurring at the same time as the current life. The most common term used is "past life". However time is simultaneous, not linear. Therefore incarnations occur in parallel rather than one after the other as past or future.

Patterns

Patterns can be exhibited physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. They are generally unconscious forms of repetitive thought or behavior. Patterns can be taught, picked up out of convenience or created as a defense against wounding. Some are harmless, merely a matter of preference. Others inhibit a person's growth by tying him/her to an image or belief system that no longer serves.

Shadowscape

The shadow consists of unresolved experiences and other parts of Self that can be difficult to acknowledge. A shadowscape is the nonphysical landscape formed by a person's shadow.

Templates

Each layer of the auric field has a corresponding template. Templates are energetic blueprints for the physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

Transmuting or Rebirthing

The transformation of energy from a differentiated state back into a state of union. Living in a dualistic world necessitates individuation. This creates the illusion of separateness. People appear to be separate from each other, from God, from animals or the planet. There are other beings or energies that live completely in separation.

These energies are frequently judged as "dark" or "evil." In truth they have simply forgotten they are part of the union of God. They often attach themselves to people in order to get their own needs met. For these separated energies this is a matter of survival. They do not willingly let go. Transmuting and/or rebirthing these beings is a process of sending them back to God.

Viral Consciousness Reading

In a viral consciousness reading, contact is made with the consciousness of a specific dis-ease. The reading reveals what agreement a client has with that dis-ease and what is holding it in his/her body on all levels.

Wounding

The tangle of beliefs, experiences and issues that people work on throughout their incarnations.
