Stretch At Work is a video CD specially designed for computer users to relieve stress and reduce muscle strain
resulting from computer use. Install the CD, and a video will pop up at the times you choose and lead you through
relaxing stretch exercises with live models, filmed at the beautiful Taos Pueblo. A free sample is available for
