What To Expect In A Session
T he human experience and its energetic/spiritual foundation can be complex in nature. Although there appear to be basic similarities between clients, each person has a unique way of manifesting dis-ease. This is also true for receiving and integrating energy work. Pryanta work is a co-creative healing process. The benefit each individual receives depends on each person's openness and willingness to create his/her own healing. It is only through taking responsibility for ourselves that we become empowered and are able to be who we truly are.

When a client contacts a Pryanta healer, relevant information is taken over the phone or via email. A detailed energy field reading is then done, based on the information received. An energy field reading is an investigative approach that Pryanta healers use to understand what a client is experiencing on a physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual level. A client does not need to be physically present when an energy field reading is done. After the field reading is complete, clients receive a follow-up call to share what was learned in the reading. Suggestions of how to proceed are discussed. When a course of action is agreed upon, an in-person session is scheduled.
Creating a personalized client strategy involves developing a detailed healing plan. In many instances, the energy field reading brings up questions that need to be answered before a comprehensive plan can be created. The research needed can include checking the Akashic records, consultation with Pryanta guides, examining family lineage issues and observing other energies that may be effecting the client. From the healing plan, Pryanta healers determine the appropriate length for a client's session. A client's healing plan is a guide and may be adjusted during a session. Initial sessions are generally two to three hours in length. After the initial session, follow-up session can vary from a half hour to two hours. Depending on a client's situation, three to four follow-up sessions may be recommended. Many clients find it beneficial to schedule tune-ups or checkups periodically.

Pryanta healers work as a team. This creates a holistic and balanced experience. Sessions take place in a safe
environment where clients lay fully clothed on a massage table. Healing space is opened with an invocation,
calling in both the client's and healer's guides. Work is done both hands-on and hands-off. While a
client is on the table, Pamela connects with the energy body by direct contact with the physical body through
the laying on of hands. As a shamanic practitioner, Raven works on the client's behalf in other realms. Many
times a variety of stones and their corresponding energies and vibrations are asked to assist. The stones work
in response to each individual's needs, enhancing the healing experience. Clients are responsible for
actively participating in their own healing process. They are supported in expressing themselves and asking
questions during sessions.
Energy is movement. Each client's healing process is unique and moves at it's own speed. It is important to note that a client may go through emotional and mental processes during a session. When this occurs the process needs to be honored and given the time it requires to complete. Therefore, session length may need to be adjusted.
It is recommended that clients wear comfortable clothing. When scheduling an appointment it is suggested that the rest of the day be free of other activities. Due to the depth of Pryanta work, healers have found that clients often need rest, proper nutrition, hydration and time to integrate. Self-care is critical for continued healing.

Pryanta work can create the opening for profound and long-term change in a client's life. It is extremely
deep work and can be uncomfortable. Healing comes in layers. It is essential to have proper support systems to
continue exploring the issues that may arise. Removing blocked energy can allow hidden or masked parts of Self
to emerge. These hidden or masked parts can include: deep fears, buried experiences, powerful images and
uncomfortable memories. This is where a client's willingness to take responsibility for themselves is
critical. Choosing to ignore what arises, no matter how troubling, will impede a client's growth and
diminish what benefit he/she can receive from a session. Pryanta work is not a substitute for other types of
therapy. It can complement and even deepen work done in other modalities. Pryanta healers do make
recommendations and refer clients to other practitioners for support with supplements, body work, therapy,
etc.

All Pryanta Healing sessions are considered confidential. This includes information exchanged via phone or email
and in-person before or after a session, the session itself, and any follow-up.
In order to determine how to best assist clients, Pryanta healers do regularly consult their guides. These are spirit guides, beings that do not have physical form.
Pryanta healers do confer with other healers if they feel they can better support a client by drawing on another healer's expertise. When this occurs, Pryanta healers refer to the client anonymously and only share absolutely relevant information.
If a client is working with other professionals that he/she feels would benefit from knowing what occurred in his/her healing session, Pryanta healers are happy to pass that information on. This is only done at a client's request and with his/her express permission.
When working with children, a parent is usually present during the healing session. If a parent is not present in the session, and the child is underage, Pryanta healers will discuss the session with the parent. If the client is a teenager, Pryanta healers work with the teenage client and the parent to establish confidentiality parameters that are appropriate for the session.
As of yet, there are no legal licensing procedures for energy workers. Although Pryanta healers are not legally required to adhere to the same confidentiality practices followed by licensed therapists, they have chosen to adopt these standards. This allows Pryanta Healing to maintain a standard of professionalism and facilitate client confidentiality.
If, during the course of a Pryanta healing session or in any communication with Pryanta healers before or after a session, a client states that it is his/her intention to commit a crime, Pryanta healers will report this to the appropriate authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of child abuse or a client threatening to endanger himself/herself or others. In such cases, Pryanta healers will only reveal information necessary to insure the safety of the client.
